Service Guarantee
Payments made for Web Hosting services at UGN BILISIM INTERNET are eligible for a refund. This refund policy is valid for 7 days after the order. Customers using virtual servers, dedicated servers, domain names, monthly reseller hosting, and other services are not eligible for a refund. Refunds under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee will be processed within 21 business days.
Resellers have the right to terminate their members' accounts. Arbitrary refund requests will not be considered.
UGN BILISIM INTERNET is responsible for keeping the hosted server and other services operational (UP) from the order date until the end of the subscription period. In case of any violation of the rules listed below, this responsibility will be nullified, and the related service will be terminated.
Payment
To activate all services provided by UGN BILISIM INTERNET, service fees must be paid in advance. Additionally, if the payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday, existing customers must ensure payment is made on the previous business day.
UGN BILISIM INTERNET's customer tracking system is fully automated. Services that remain unpaid for 1 hour after the payment due date will be automatically suspended. If payment is not made within 4 hours after suspension, all customer data will be deleted from Netbudur Network Services servers.
UGN BILISIM INTERNET is not responsible for any data loss caused by such situations. If there is any payment delay for a service, UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to suspend other services associated with the customer and will not reinstate services until the required payment is made. This includes the right to suspend and seize domain names in cases of non-payment. Payments made via PayPal will be calculated in USD.
Domain Names
All domain names registered through UGN BILISIM INTERNET are processed based on the customer information provided during registration. The complete usage of the domain name is the customer's responsibility.
UGN BILISIM INTERNET sends reminder emails to customers close to the expiration date of their domain name. However, tracking the expiration date is solely the customer's responsibility. UGN BILISIM INTERNET is not liable for lost domains due to expiration.
System Usage
Customers using web hosting and reseller hosting services on UGN BILISIM INTERNET servers agree to share the same server with other customers. If any website excessively consumes server resources and negatively affects the performance of other customers' websites, UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend that website.
In such cases, UGN BILISIM INTERNET may request the customer to move their website to another server. Refund decisions in such cases are at the discretion of UGN BILISIM INTERNET. Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms in advance.
Backup
UGN BILISIM INTERNET backs up all web hosting and reseller hosting accounts weekly and monthly. However, UGN BILISIM INTERNET is not obligated to take backups. Customers are responsible for backing up their data. UGN BILISIM INTERNET is not responsible for data loss due to the absence of backups.
Illegal Usage
Services provided by UGN BILISIM INTERNET cannot be used for illegal purposes or to support such activities. UGN BILISIM INTERNET has the right to investigate and terminate accounts suspected of illegal activities.
Threat - Danger
Customers are responsible for any harmful objects, materials, or files published via UGN BILISIM INTERNET services (via email, upload, etc.). UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to intervene and terminate the related account in such cases.
Fraud
Adding, deleting, or modifying any misleading, deceptive material is considered fraud and is prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to use someone else's name or company name to conduct transactions fraudulently.
Scam
Buying or selling products, parts, or services through fraudulent means using UGN BILISIM INTERNET services is classified as fraud, and necessary legal actions will be taken.
Email and Spam News
Using UGN BILISIM INTERNET services for malicious or spam emails that obstruct others' email usage will result in account termination. UGN BILISIM INTERNET has zero tolerance for spam in any form.
Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or interfering with their data using UGN BILISIM INTERNET services is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.
Brand Privacy Violation
Using UGN BILISIM INTERNET services to violate any company's or individual's privacy policies, patents, or copyrighted materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Processing Personal Data
Collecting or encouraging the collection of personal information without the owner's knowledge is a violation of service terms. UGN BILISIM INTERNET is not responsible for such violations.
Unsafe Behavior
Using UGN BILISIM INTERNET services to conduct activities that affect others' business or network operations (e.g., DDOS, trojans, viruses) is prohibited. Legal actions will be taken against violators.
Virus Distribution
Deliberately hosting or distributing virus-infected files that may harm others' data is strictly prohibited. If found, necessary actions will be taken.
Licensed Software
Unauthorized or illegal use of licensed software is a violation of the terms and will result in service termination.
Website Content
All websites hosted on UGN BILISIM INTERNET servers must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Hosting content that violates Turkish laws, hacking, or warez content is strictly prohibited. If such content is detected, UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to permanently terminate the service and is not responsible for delivering backups of illegal content.
Server Usage
Customers are fully responsible for the content hosted on servers provided by UGN BILISIM INTERNET. Hosting IRC servers or warez files is strictly prohibited. If such content is found, UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to terminate the service without notice. Hosting spam-related services is strictly prohibited. Customers who behave inappropriately, disrespectfully, or unethically towards UGN BILISIM INTERNET staff may have their servers terminated.
Server Management
UGN BILISIM INTERNET is responsible for providing hardware and network support for all servers. However, the management of the server and any hosting-related software installed on it is the customer's responsibility. All UGN BILISIM INTERNET customers are deemed to have accepted these terms. In case of any violations, UGN BILISIM INTERNET reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and servers.
